METAAMZ is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer enquiries, follow up with potential clients, explain our services, and convert qualified leads into customers.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, polite, organised, and capable of maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Contact new leads and explain the company’s services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Convert qualified enquiries into appointments or confirmed customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details and follow-up status.
- Update lead information regularly in CRM software or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales, digital marketing and operations teams.
- Follow up on quotations, pending payments and service confirmations.
- Manage customer questions, objections and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with existing customers.
- Submit daily reports regarding calls, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of telecalling or customer-handling experience.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Malayalam communication skills are preferred.
- Strong communication, listening and convincing skills.
- Experience in sales calls, lead conversion and customer follow-up.
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel and CRM software.

- Ability to handle customer objections and difficult conversations politely.
- Must be responsible, punctual and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
