Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Executives for Bajaj Finance Lifestyle Finance division. The role involves promoting and processing consumer finance for lifestyle products and services such as kitchen appliances, furniture, cameras, VCare, Kolors clinics, dental services, and other lifestyle segments through partner dealers.
The candidate will be responsible for customer onboarding, KYC verification, loan processing, and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners to drive finance penetration and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Bajaj Finance Lifestyle Finance products at partner outlets and dealer locations.
- Assist customers with consumer durable and lifestyle loan applications.
- Collect, verify, and upload KYC documents as per company guidelines.
- Process customer loan applications through the Bajaj Finance system.
- Explain EMI plans, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partner outlets.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and loan disbursement goals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
- Provide regular updates and support to dealers to improve finance conversions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Degree / B.Tech
- CIBIL Score: 700+ preferred
- Age must be below 30 years
- Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler
- Gender: Male or Female can apply
- Basic knowledge of consumer durable finance / NBFC sales is an advantage
