We are seeking a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
- Talent Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and other channels.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate records.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (modify as required).
- Good understanding of recruitment sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
