We are expanding and looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at 4M Packs, a leading plastic injection moulding company in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare purchase, sales, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, and maintain billing records.
- Assist in monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or plastic injection moulding company.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost accounting.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
