Job Description – Procurement & Vendor Management Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery, and reliability.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while handling negotiations and issue resolution.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely procurement and cost optimization.
- Maintain vendor database, contracts, and procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for better pricing and sourcing.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and internet research.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
