RG Realty is a growing real estate company specializing in premium residential and commercial properties in Zirakpur and surrounding areas. We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Front Desk Receptionist who can create a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with sales managers and channel partners for meetings
- Provide basic information about ongoing and upcoming projects
- Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area remains organized
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer data in CRM/Excel
- Assist the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks
- Handle courier, documents, and office coordination work
- Maintain office supplies and support daily office activities
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Pleasant personality with professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM)
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk efficiently
- Prior experience in real estate or front office will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
