Job Description: Marketing Strategy, Campaign Analysis, and Performance Reporting
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies for banking products by analyzing historical campaign data.
- Build and refine targeted campaign audiences aligned with approved marketing strategies.
- Leverage AI/ML models to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SAS to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, including:
- Customer segmentation using decision tree methodologies
- Statistical A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver robust, data-backed solutions.
- Prepare and present high-impact executive-level presentations and ad hoc reports tailored to various stakeholder groups
Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment and consistency across all deliverables.
- Communicate complex analytical insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making.
Project & Action Tracking
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely execution of key deliverables and milestones.
Work cross-functionally to monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the analytics domain.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth understanding of the BFSI domain is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage data structuring and analytical tasks.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic decision-making, process improvements, and performance optimization.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency in data collection and reporting workflows.
- Bonus: Experience with SAS or Snowflake automation in data environments.
