About the Role:
Drive consistent pipeline generation by aligning high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers and supporting conversion through structured business development efforts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Meetings Aligned: Minimum 3 - 4 meetings/week with CXOs / Senior leadership / Founders-
Leads generated: 50-60 new credible senior prospects added to CRM per month with credible details and permissions to send Praxis Insights and other mailers.

20 - 25 qualified buyer leads/month

Contracts converted: Minimum 2 contract closures for consulting engagements per month. Requirement waived off for first 2 months after joining.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, VPs) in target organizations (Founders of startups who have raised >$30M equity or Corporates with ₹500 Cr+ turnover)

Develop database of prospective client for Praxis verticals using appropriate shortlisting criteria to generate the Calling list on a weekly basis.

Drive cold outreach, lead qualification, and meeting alignment for Associate Partners and Partners. Various channels can be used including attending physical events, industry forums, tele-calling and other means.

Conduct detailed research on companies, industries, and stakeholders prior to outreach to make the connect credible and increase chances of conversion.

Maintain accurate CRM data, including pipeline status, meeting outcomes, and follow-ups

Build and nurture relationships with prospects to qualify opportunities accurately and ensure repeat engagement

Align with consulting leaders in Praxis for opportunity qualification

Collaborate with internal teams in proposal creation and pre-sales support

Track market trends and generate conversation-opening pitches aligned with Praxis solutions

Through the CRM, provide weekly reporting to leadership on pipeline, meetings, and conversions
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven track record of meeting monthly targets: meetings, conversions

Experience working with senior stakeholders (CXO level)

Strong communication and persuasion skills
