- Working experience for subcontractors in construction, MEP, or electrical works
- Preferably, candidates who have participated in projects with Japanese or other foreign/non-domestic project owners or general contractors within the past five years
- Candidates who can speak concretely about contract scope, on-site operations, communication with project owners or general contractors, and quality-related matters
