Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CRM Head to lead the Customer Relationship Management function for a reputed real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end CRM operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, streamlining post-sales processes, and leading a team of 3–4 CRM professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CRM team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee customer lifecycle management from booking to possession.
- Manage post-sales activities, customer queries, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely processing of agreements, demand letters, collections, and documentation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports, MIS, and customer data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for seamless customer service.
- Establish and improve CRM processes, SOPs, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in CRM operations within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with 4QT CRM is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, collections, and post-sales operations.
- Experience managing and leading a team of 3–4 members.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and MIS preparation.
Preferred Profile
- Experience with reputed real estate developers.
- Strong understanding of customer service, documentation, collections, and possession processes.
- Ability to lead teams and drive customer-centric initiatives.
