Job Summary
The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising security guards deployed at client sites, ensuring proper manpower deployment, maintaining discipline, conducting site inspections, handling client concerns, and ensuring smooth security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and surprise visits to client sites.
- Monitor attendance, uniform, grooming, and performance of security guards.
- Arrange replacement guards for absenteeism and manpower shortages.
- Maintain client satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.
- Submit daily inspection and incident reports.
- Conduct on-site training and briefing for security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
- 2–5 years of experience in security services or facility management.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Salary
