Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM methodologies, with experience delivering high-rise and large-scale architectural projects. The role requires close collaboration with architects, structural, MEP, and project teams to develop coordinated BIM models, construction documentation, and project deliverables that meet international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout all project stages.
- Prepare architectural BIM models, detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models with structural, MEP, façade, and interior teams.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes using Navisworks or similar coordination platforms.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and company quality procedures.
- Produce coordinated construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
- Support architects during concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases.
- Perform model audits, quality checks, and maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in creating and maintaining BIM families, templates, and project standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 3–8 years of professional experience in architectural BIM modeling.
- Proven experience working on high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, residential, or other large-scale architectural projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
- Experience producing construction documentation from BIM models.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to interpret architectural design intent and convert it into coordinated BIM deliverables.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Familiarity with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, or computational design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of international building codes and project delivery standards.
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East, Europe, Australia, or North America is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,052.32 - ₹41,872.26 per month
