Floor Supervisor responsibilities for VinFast Electric Vehicle dealership
Supervise daily workshop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
Assign jobs to technicians as per skill and priority of work
Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely completion of all jobs
Ensure quality control of all repair and maintenance work before delivery
Coordinate between service advisors and technicians for proper communication
Maintain discipline, safety rules and proper behavior on workshop floor
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment and EV diagnostic systems
Monitor productivity of technicians and improve efficiency of work
Check job cards and ensure all work is completed as per instructions
Support in diagnosing complex technical issues in electric vehicles
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workshop area
Coordinate with parts department for timely availability of spares
Ensure all vehicles are handled safely during service and repair
Report daily progress and issues to service manager
Help in training new technicians and improving team performance
