- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable banking products and services.
- Actively cross-sell and up-sell various banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth banking experience for all clients.
- Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including account opening, cash handling, cheque processing, and fund transfers, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer) norms, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Identify potential leads and actively participate in business development activities to expand the bank's customer base.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product fulfillment.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of various reports related to sales, customer service, and operational activities.
