Experienced Accountant

Experience Required: 3 –5 Years
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our premium retail jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts.
- Verify invoices, vouchers and payment records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks and management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST and TDS.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good understanding of inventory and retail accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in a Jewellery Showroom is mandatory.
