About the Role:
We're hiring a highly motivated Business Development Executive Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about outbound prospecting, sales, client engagement, and driving growth in the B2B sector. You'll work closely with our business development team, contributing to lead generation, relationship building, and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and new business acquisition within the AI/ML B2B tech sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and client needs assessment to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and update CRM databases to meticulously track client interactions and the sales pipeline.
- Execute strategic client outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn reachouts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Become a product expert in Macgence’s offerings, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Prior experience or strong understanding of the B2B industry is a plus
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM and Hubspot
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
