Job Summary:
We are seeking a Store Incharge with 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the offset printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and manage inventory levels.
Ensure accurate tracking of materials and supplies, including receiving, storing, and issuing.
Implement and maintain safety and security measures in the store.
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill material requests efficiently.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area.
Prepare reports on inventory status and usage for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in store management, preferably in the offset printing and packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
