Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy: Planning and executing paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and organic content strategies.
Performance Tracking: Using Google Analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track KPIs like cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
Content & SEO: Improving website ranking, managing social media channels, and overseeing content calendars.
Conversion Optimization (CRO): Designing landing pages and performing A/B testing to maximize ROI.
Budget Management: Allocating and optimizing digital spend across channels.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience:
Generally 3–6 years in relevant digital marketing roles.
Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
