Polar Bear Ice Cream Sundae Zone is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Hotel Assistant to support daily operations and provide excellent service to guests and customers. The candidate will assist in customer handling, order management, cleanliness, billing support, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/service staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
- Support billing and cash counter operations when required
- Ensure timely serving of food, desserts, and beverages
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely
- Refill supplies and assist in stock organization
- Follow company standards for service and safety
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Education
- SSLC / PUC / Any Degree preferred
Experience
- 0–2 years in hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry preferred
