We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional and aesthetically appealing residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and working drawings using design software.
- Create space plans, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams for project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is completed as per approved designs.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Space Planning & Interior Design
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software
- Client Handling & Presentation Skills
- Site Coordination & Project Management
- Material Selection & BOQ Preparation
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.
- Creative mindset with excellent visualization skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of site execution and vendor coordination is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
