The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and opportunities is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow design.
