Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating quality leads, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (online platforms, social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, etc.)
- Manage and maintain leads and client interactions using CRM tools
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp marketing strategies to promote services
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and project estimates
- Follow up with prospects and close sales to achieve targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Experience in WhatsApp and email marketing tools
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
