We are looking for energetic and responsible college student who want to gain practical experience in event management, operations, team coordination, and business execution while continuing their studies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate cartoon mascot bookings and event schedules
- Ensure timely order fulfilment for customer events
- Manage mascot costumes, accessories, and event materials
- Coordinate costume cleaning, upkeep, repair, and maintenance
- Recruit and build a team of college students who can work as part-time mascot performers
- Manage performer availability and event assignments
- Support smooth execution of events across the city
- Communicate with customers, performers, and the Toywala team
- Ensure high-quality customer experience at every event
