Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tender documents in compliance with client requirements.
- Analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender specifications.
- Perform estimation and costing for electrical and HVAC projects.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontracted works.
- Compile and manage bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in government and private-sector tendering processes.
- Obtain, evaluate, and manage vendor and supplier quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive and technically compliant bids.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, revisions, and project estimates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in tendering and bid preparation.
- Strong understanding of BOQ interpretation and analysis.
- Experience in electrical and HVAC estimation and costing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
- Knowledge of rate analysis and cost optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with government and private tender procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with estimation software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
