About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Power Platform Developer to join our team and grow their career in Microsoft Power Platform development.
This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in software development or related technologies.
Previous experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred but not mandatory. If you have a good foundation in programming, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in learning new technologies, we would like to hear from you.
You will receive the opportunity to work on real-world business applications and automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build workflow automation using Power Automate.
- Work with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Create forms, screens, validations, workflows, and approval processes.
- Integrate applications with different data sources and systems.
- Test applications and troubleshoot issues.
- Fix bugs and enhance existing applications and automations.
- Participate in application deployment and production support.
- Prepare basic technical documentation.
- Learn and follow development, security, and coding best practices.
- Work with senior team members on enterprise Power Platform projects.
Essential Skills
We are looking for candidates with a good foundation in technology rather than extensive Power Platform experience.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and application development.
- Knowledge or experience in at least one technology such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, or similar.
- Good understanding of databases and basic data concepts.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and work as part of a development team.

Power Platform experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. Candidates with a strong development aptitude and willingness to learn Power Platform are encouraged to apply.
