Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Motor Insurance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling motor insurance quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, customer support, and coordination with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and share motor insurance quotations with customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable insurance plans.
- Process new policy issuance, renewals, and policy endorsements.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for underwriting and policy servicing.
- Follow up with existing customers for timely renewals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
- Resolve customer queries related to claims, renewals, and policy servicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in motor insurance, insurance sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of motor insurance products and policy processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM software).
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
