Job Responsibilities
- Contact existing loan customers over phone.
- Re-verify customer loan-related information.
- Confirm and update customer details as per company guidelines.
- Verify customers' current residential/work location details.
- Collect and validate customers' geolocation coordinates (current location) during the verification process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and verification outcomes.
- Follow prescribed calling scripts and compliance requirements.
- Escalate discrepancies or concerns to the reporting supervisor.
Shift DetailsPart-Time Telecaller
- Minimum working hours: 5 hours per day
- Break time: 30 minutes
- Morning or Evening shift options available
- Suitable for college students
Full-Time Telecaller
- Shift duration: 9 hours per day
- Break time: 30 minutes
- Fixed work-from-office schedule
