Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple venues, conducting regular site visits, operational audits, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Financial & P&L Management: Manage budgets for all outlets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as costs, labor, and gross operating profit.
- Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistency across locations.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP standards) across all properties.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to boost banquet, catering, and event revenue through promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven expertise in restaurant operations management, typically requiring 3-6 years in the F&B industry, with experience in managing multiple locations.
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze outlet performance and implement action plans to improve efficiency.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
