Job Summary
The Heat Treatment Production Assistant is responsible for supporting heat treatment production activities, handling materials, operating furnaces under supervision, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained in the production area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading materials into heat treatment furnaces.
- Monitor furnace temperature, cycle time, and production process.
- Support quenching, tempering, annealing, and hardening operations.
- Maintain production records and process reports.
- Inspect components visually for defects or damages.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping in the production area.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments when required.
- Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in heat treatment or manufacturing production
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of heat treatment processes and furnace operations
- Basic understanding of metallurgical properties
- Production planning and coordination skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Knowledge in IATF Audit
- Preparing Knowledge in Audit documents and all related documents
- computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
