Job Title: Makeup Artist cum Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Makeup Artist cum trainer to join Colors Queen Cosmetics. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for beauty, trends, and product application, with the ability to create versatile looks for both in-house shoots and outdoor campaign projects. This role requires close collaboration with models, photographers, and the marketing team to bring the brand’s vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality makeup looks aligned with brand aesthetics for photoshoots, campaigns, and digital content.
- Should have working knowledge of Hairstyling.
- Collaborate with models, photographers, stylists, and the creative team during shoots.
- Execute makeup for both in-house studio shoots and outdoor campaign shoots.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure hygiene and proper maintenance of makeup tools and products.
- Assist in conceptualizing makeup themes for campaigns and product launches.
- Support product trials, testing, and internal presentations when required.
- Be adaptable to different skin tones, face structures, and campaign requirements.
- Should be able to do hairstyling.
Training & Development
- Conduct regular practical and product-based training for Beauty Advisors and Sales Associates.
- Train staff on makeup techniques, product application, product knowledge, and customer consultation.
- Demonstrate correct usage and application of makeup and beauty products.
- Train team members on different makeup looks, skin types, and customer requirements.
- Evaluate and improve the team's product knowledge and makeup skills.
- Ensure smooth operations at kiosk.
- Should be able to lead a team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Makeup Artist in beauty, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse makeup looks (editorial, glam, natural, etc.).
- Hands-on experience working with models and production teams.
- Willingness to travel for outdoor shoots and campaign assignments.
- Good understanding of lighting, photography, and how makeup translates on camera.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in professional makeup artistry is a plus.
Working Details:
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Saturday off in a month)
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
How to Apply:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
