We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer with strong hands-on experience in electronic assembly, soldering, wiring, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic products while ensuring high quality and adherence to production schedules. Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial electronics, or embedded systems manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality soldering of through-hole and SMD electronic components.
- Assemble and wire electronic modules, control panels, cable harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and assembly drawings.
- Troubleshoot PCB assemblies and electronic circuits down to the component level.
- Identify and rectify production defects using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other test equipment.
- Conduct functional testing and verification of electronic products.
- Maintain production records, test reports, and traceability documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Purchase teams to resolve production issues.
- Support process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
- Follow ESD, safety, and workmanship standards during manufacturing.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
