Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media
- Contact potential clients and explain our software products
- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Follow up with interested customers
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Maintain customer relationships
- Update sales reports and client data regularly
- Work closely with the development and marketing team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or SaaS Sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic understanding of SaaS or software products
- Confidence in talking with clients
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS/Product sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Social media outreach experience
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
