Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing SaaS B2B team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, and B2B sales for software or SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other platforms
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the B2B market
- Schedule product demos and meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable SaaS solutions
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or software sales
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel management
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach
- Good understanding of SaaS products and business workflows
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Experience in ERP, HRMS, CRM, or Project Management Software sales is a plus
