About the Role
FoxBrain is looking for a confident, bold, energetic, and articulate Personality Development Trainer to help students develop strong communication, confidence, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with prior teaching, training, mentoring, or English teaching experience are preferred. English Teachers with excellent spoken English and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sessions on personality development, communication skills, and public speaking.
- Train students in confidence building, presentation, interpersonal skills, and effective communication.
- Help students improve their verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Prepare interactive lesson plans and activities based on students' age and learning levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their personal development goals.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth execution of training programs.
- Create a positive, energetic, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 26 years.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong command of spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, and presentation skills.
- Bold, confident, expressive, and presentable personality.
- Prior experience working with children aged 5–15 years is required.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, tutoring, or mentoring is preferred.
- English Teachers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and personality development.
- Ability to confidently engage and communicate with young learners.
- Must be comfortable working weekends as per the schedule.
Working Hours
Monday, Wednesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
