Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our clinic in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing appointments and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
- Manage billing, payments, and basic administrative duties.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
