Job Description – Grinder
Position: Grinder
Department: Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing of metal components.
- Remove weld marks, sharp edges, burrs, and excess material using grinding tools.
- Ensure proper finishing as per required quality standards.
- Handle and operate grinding machines/tools safely.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Assist in other fabrication and production activities as required.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in grinding/fabrication work preferred.
- Knowledge of grinding tools and basic workshop practices.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on the factory floor.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
