Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
Understand client requirements such as budget, location, property type, and purchase timeline.
Explain project details, features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property/site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
Assist in negotiations and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits in CRM/Excel.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and other client requirements.
Generate referrals and explore new sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
