Hiring: Site Engineer – Redevelopment Project in Kurla East, Mumbai
We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in redevelopment projects to join our high-rise residential project in Kurla East, Nehru Nagar, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage multi-wing construction in tight spaces with low margins for error.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and RERA regulations.
- Optimize resources, labor, and materials while maintaining efficiency.
- Handle technical challenges and resolve site-related issues proactively.
Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of experience in redevelopment and high-rise projects (15+ floors).
✔ Strong understanding of tight-margin construction with multiple wings.
✔ Experienced in RCC & Finishing.
✔ Familiarity with MHADA regulations, construction permits, and safety codes.
Location: Kurla East, Nehru Nagar, Mumbai
