Job Description: Patient Relationship Manager (Ayurvedic Clinic)
Job Overview
We are seeking an empathetic, proactive Patient Relationship Manager to drive patient care and clinic growth. A core part of this role involves active phone outreach—calling both new leads to welcome them and old patients to nurture long-term relationships, ensuring a seamless, premium wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Calling & Outreach (Core Focus)
- New Inquiries: Call inbound leads and new inquiries promptly to understand their health goals, explain our Ayurvedic treatments, and book their first consultation.
- Existing/Old Patients: Conduct regular follow-up calls regarding treatment progress, medicine refills, and seasonal detox (Panchakarma) reminders to drive re-bookings.
2. Patient Concierge & Coordination
- On-Site Guiding: Act as the main point of contact at the clinic, welcoming patients and coordinating schedules between doctors and therapists.
- Care Tracking: Log call outcomes, patient feedback, and history accurately in the clinic management system.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in patient relations, front-office, or customer service (wellness, hospitality, or healthcare preferred).
- Skills: Excellent phone etiquette—warm, persuasive, clear, and highly empathetic tone.
- Attributes: Confident in making outbound calls; basic knowledge or strong interest in Ayurveda/Nutrition/Diet
- Additional 500/- would be given as incentive for every patient enrollment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
