Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist & Back Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and courier services.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Manage attendance records and support HR and administrative activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain MIS reports in MS Excel.
- Assist in purchase, billing, and other back-office operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
