Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Hindi Teacher to foster a love for the Hindi language among young learners. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while promoting an appreciation for Hindi literature, culture, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, and listening skills.
- Encourage the development of language proficiency through storytelling, poems, songs, conversations, and creative activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that supports student learning.
- Assess student progress through classwork, assignments, projects, oral assessments, and examinations.
- Provide timely feedback and additional support to students based on their individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments.
- Integrate teaching aids, educational technology, and interactive learning methods to enhance classroom engagement.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, professional development programs, and school events.
- Ensure classroom discipline while promoting student well-being and a safe learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred or required as per school policy).
- Previous experience teaching Hindi at the primary school level is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, with effective communication and classroom management skills.
