About the Role
We are looking for result-driven Collection Executives to manage and recover outstanding dues for NBFC portfolios. If you have strong communication skills and a target-oriented mindset, this is a great opportunity to grow in the BFSI & collections industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to customers for overdue payments
Ensure timely recovery of assigned accounts
Negotiate and convince customers for payment closures / settlements
Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly collection targets
Build professional relationships while ensuring compliance
Eligibility Criteria
Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Basic knowledge of collections / telecalling preferred
Target-driven and confident personality
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Freshers with strong communication can also apply
