About the Role
Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) and Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management (RISM) are looking for an experienced Manager – Admissions Operations to oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring efficient execution of admission policies, application processing, counselling support, CRM operations, and student onboarding while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete admissions operations lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment.
- Supervise admissions counselling and operations teams.
- Ensure timely processing of applications, offer letters, fee payments, and admissions.
- Monitor CRM, ERP, and admission workflows.
- Coordinate with faculties, finance, IT, examinations, and academic departments.
- Develop and monitor admission SOPs and process improvements.
- Prepare admission dashboards, reports, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage scholarship processing and admission documentation.
- Train and mentor admissions staff.
- Monitor student document inward and outward processes.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 10–15 years in admissions or education operations.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
