We are seeking a responsible and proactive Hospital Administrator to oversee daily hospital operations, staff coordination, compliance activities, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospital administration, marketing activities, and departmental operations
- Monitor reports, statistics, stock status, and operational performance
- Support NABH documentation, audits, and compliance activities
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, vehicles, and AMC services
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, agreements, and statutory documents
- Coordinate patient review follow-ups and special healthcare programs
- Monitor discipline, attendance, and workflow of support staff
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of all hospital areas
- Coordinate consultant payments, vendor management, and branch operations
Requirements
- Previious experience in Hosp Administration is mandatory
- Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Basic knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications and documentation management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
