About The Hope Tarot
The Hope Tarot is one of India's leading spiritual guidance brands, helping millions through astrology, tarot, numerology, vastu, and manifestation content. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to scale our digital campaigns and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
- Experience with Google Ads is preferred.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Understanding of sales funnels and customer journeys.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or creative ad testing is a plus.
