Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base in the home health care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Client Acquisition
- Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and corporates
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
Partnership & Networking
- Establish tie-ups with healthcare providers
- Attend medical camps and networking events
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Team Coordination
- Work with operations and clinical teams
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales reports and MIS
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue targets
- Client acquisition
- Conversion ratio
- Retention rate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare
- MBA preferred
Experience Required:
- 2–5 years in healthcare/pharma sales
