Job Summary
Opelox Realty is looking for an experienced Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end real estate documentation, home loan coordination, stamp duty & registration, customer coordination, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess excellent coordination and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Stamp Duty & Registration processes and coordinate with registration authorities.
Manage Home Loan Processing, including coordination with banks/NBFCs for approvals, documentation, and disbursement.
Verify customer KYC, property documents, agreements, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, banks, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth documentation.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and ensure timely completion of documentation.
Handle customer payment follow-ups and recovery in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal documentation requirements.
Prepare documentation reports and update management on file status.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Documentation, CRM, Home Loan Processing, or Post-Sales.
Hands-on experience in Stamp Duty & Registration.
Knowledge of Home Loan Process, bank coordination, and loan documentation.
Experience in customer coordination, vendor management, document verification, and recovery.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple files simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
