Founder's Office Intern - GTM & Revenue
Work directly with the founder to drive sales, partnerships, marketing, and revenue growth for a fast-growing B2B startup.
This is not a traditional internship. You will be involved in building the business from the ground up, helping create demand, generate leads, build relationships, and execute growth initiatives.
If you enjoy sales, marketing, networking, and solving business challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners
- Build and manage prospect pipelines
- Schedule and participate in discovery and sales calls
- Follow up with leads and support deal closures
- Maintain CRM and sales tracking processes
GTM & Growth Marketing
- Support LinkedIn and content-led growth initiatives
- Execute outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns
- Research new growth channels and opportunities
- Track and improve campaign performance
Founder’s Office Execution
- Convert ideas into action plans
- Drive strategic growth projects
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Help solve business challenges and remove bottlenecks

Ideal Candidate
Someone who wants to learn how businesses generate revenue, acquire customers, build brands, and scale from the ground up. MBA grads will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
