Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to manage property valuation data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining accurate information within our internal systems. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and manage property valuation data in internal systems
- Use MS Excel or Google Sheets to organize and maintain large datasets
- Review property-related documents (deeds, surveys, maps) to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with internal appraisal teams for clarifications and updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and property information
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any graduate (BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc preferred)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in data entry, back-office, or administrative roles
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, data handling)
- Language: Fluency in Tamil (written and spoken); basic English reading skills
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to identify errors
Eligibility
- Must be based in Madurai or able to commute to K. Pudur
