About the Role
Sree Raaga Resorts is looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Food Chef to prepare healthy, hygienic, and tasty meals for resort staff while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals for resort staff
- Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene
- Plan and manage staff meal preparation efficiently
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Monitor stock and kitchen inventory
- Coordinate with management for food requirements
Requirements
✔ Experience in hotel/resort/restaurant kitchen preferred
✔ Knowledge of South Indian & North Indian cooking
✔ Ability to cook in bulk quantity
✔ Good hygiene and cleanliness practices
✔ Responsible and hardworking attitude
